Fraudulent registration of sprunkillc.com by imposters using a non-existent "Sprunki LLC"
In response, we legally established Sprunki LLC and registered sprunkillc.org to issue official statements
The fraudulent website (sprunkillc.com) has been successfully shut down

2. January 2025 Incident:

Fraudulent registration of sprunkiverse.com (registered on December 2, 2024) by imposters using a non-existent "Sprunkiverse Inc."
In response, we legally established Sprunkiverse Inc. and registered shinstarllc.org to issue official statements
The fraudulent website (sprunkiverse.com) has been successfully shut down
